It seems that my posts mainly consist of things that Madi is doing, and this one will be no different :) She has always been fun, but watching her become more independent and learning to say new words has really been a joy to watch this month.
Here are some of our highlights from June:
Madi can go up and down the stairs by herself- this is really helpful when I also have groceries to bring upstairs
Madi likes to lick Cody and my faces, we think she is trying to give us a kiss :)
We went on a trip to a nearby Elk Farm with Jay and Brit and their kids
Madi 'helps' me sweep the floor, I think a kid sized broom may be in her near future
Madi now says: one, two, three, thank you, see ya, ba (bottle)
Madi loves marinara sauce
Madi’s first time at a splash pad. She doesn't like to stand under the streams of water and get wet. She likes to take cups and fill them up with water and then dump them into another cup or onto the ground
Madi and Michael at the Elk Farm
The Pizza Monster
Evie and Brit at the River Road Splash Pad

Madi's first scooter ride
Madi is our big helper :) She really wanted to take the trash out all by herself
Madi has figured out how to use the finger puppets Grandma sent her
