Highlights from the month of October:

  Madi loves the moon- she has an eagle eye and can spot it before we can
Madi’s first high school football game at McNary
We are in the process of buying our first home- our offer was accepted on our new house
Trip to Wyoming/Utah- Cody hunted and camped in the snow while Madi and I visited my family
 "Haha, 'Fun'” is my new favorite Madi phrase- she does this when she is having a good time
Madi was a the cutest cat on the block for Halloween

 Melanie and I used to have pjs like this one that we called Jasmine Jammies (they are silky like the outfits Jasmine from Aladin wears). Seeing Madi wear them takes me back to my childhood.

September

Here are some of the highlights from the month of September:

·         Cody is the new Manager of the Sleep Center- this means that we will be in Salem for at least the next 3 years, time to start house hunting! 

·        A baby boy will be joining our family January 31!

·         Animal sounds Madi knows- dog, cat, cow, lamb, fox

·         Madi and mom spent lots of time at the park with our friends

·         Trip to the Portland Zoo

·         Apple picking- we made apple sauce, apple butter, apple pie filling, and apple crisp

·         Madi eats cherios and milk with a spoon all by herself

Cody on his first official day of work (he's been the interim manager since January)
